If you have recently purchased one of our Computer Based Training (CBT) courses, please fill out all the information below to receive your registration code to unlock the course.

Before you fill this form out, please be sure that you have tried to run the CBT course from your computer first. You will see a 10-digit serial number at the bottom of the screen you see when you try to run the CBT course. Please enter that number in the serial number field below. Also, please do not delete the file created that ends with the extension ".LIC." This is your license file. If you delete it after filling out this form, the registration number you receive will not work. Additionally, if you delete it at any time while you are using the course, it will lock again and you will have to fill this out again and re-verify that you are the license holder.

For verification purposes, you will also need your order number you received when you purchased the CBT course. Additionally, when you call or e-mail to receive your registration number, please be aware that if you call or e-mail after regular business hours, US Central Time, you may not receive a response until the next business day.
