Our team is blessed to include CyberEvidence. They work up a case thoroughly and present results plainly. Couldn’t ask for a stronger partner.
As a small company, we don’t have the resources available to maintain someone on staff to be a forensic expert so using CyberEvidence is cost-effective for us. We don’t have experience to testify about forensics in court if a case ever made it to that. CyberEvidence doesn’t claim they can do everything, they advise when other specialists should be engaged when appropriate, I appreciate that. They have a very high degree of ethical behavior. They are company with staff continuity, where someone I worked with the prior engagement is still on the team. Working with CyberEvidence is a high quality experience and a significant value for the dollars spent.
Many years ago I needed IT retrieval and assessment for a client. I talked to some friends of mind and received very good recommendations from them concerning CyberEvidence. I then did some research on other companies that advertised the same or similar services and concluded that CyberEvidence was a better fit and started using CE. There were several benefits from using CE. The first was that no client was ever mad due to the work product we received. Second the work product was produced in a timely manner, was thorough and CE made sure I understood what I received.
Despite my comments about CE, I have, from time to time, tried other digital forensic companies. I do not use them for several reasons. Several have come and gone. CE has been around for a long time and when necessary provides a quick turnaround at a reasonable cost.
In most instances I use CE to help in litigation dealing with employees that have stolen or misused proprietary information of their employer. Usually the work entails determining if company servers have been accessed and if company information was removed or copied. Also CE has been used to analyze an employee laptop to see if the company information on it has been damaged, destroyed or unlawfully downloaded. Lastly, we use CE to make forensic copies of hard drives so that the stored data can be available for use in litigation and in compliance with data preservation requirements. Try them, I believe you will be satisfied.
I feel like I am working with people who truly care about my projects and who want to do their very best to ensure I get what I need in the timeframe I need it. It has been a huge time saver to have people I trust run searches on extensive data, rather than having to do it myself. It is not unusual to receive phone calls following up to check whether anything else is required or offering input on the parameters for a data search, for example. I highly recommend CyberEvidence – they offer an extremely high level of personalized service at competitive rates.
We specifically selected CyberEvidence for their expertise in digital investigations and forensics analysis. CyberEvidence was instrumental in forensically analyzing and determining the root cause of serious intellectual property violation issues. They managed our cases professionally and stood by us every step of the way. They were true partners throughout each and every case they managed for us. Having dealt with another forensic company in the past, CyberEvidence truly partners with their customers to ensure they are always meeting their customers’ needs and expectations. They are upfront and honest about setting timelines and expectations. They will even follow-up after the case has concluded to make recommendations to ensure you are protected from future occurrences. If you have ever experienced a cyber-attack or theft of intellectual property, CyberEvidence is the company you can rely on.
